Ontwikkeling van een dementie-vriendelijke digitale communicatietool

The aim of this project is to develop a dementia-friendly digital communication tool to improve the interaction between elderly people with communication problems and the caregiver so that the latter can respond more easily and more specifically to the patient's personal wishes and needs.
