Interdisciplinary Chairs of Primary Care in Belgium 2024-2028 Phase 2 of the selection procedure

We're focusing on four key research areas:
1. Improving Implementation: Find better ways to put new ideas into practice, especially in the later stages.
2. Mental Health and wellbeing: Promote mental well-being in young people through primary care.
3. Enhancing Access: Study underserved groups' experiences in primary care and improve their access.
4. Skills and Identity: Develop a competency profile for primary care and define what it means to work in this field.
We're going to use a teamwork approach in our research. This means that people from different backgrounds will work together to come up with new and creative ideas that help achieve the Primary Care Academy's goals. We're also setting up a structured network and decision-making system to maximize our impact with minimal effort from everyone involved.
