Zachary Ergish is als onderzoeker verbonden aan het expertisecentrum Inclusive Society – UCLL. De focus van zijn projecten ligt op het wegwerken van drempels om een gelijkwaardig deelnemen en deelhebben aan de samenleving mogelijk te maken. Hij heeft ook ervaring binnen de pedagogische aspecten van aangepaste sporten.
