Filling the gap

Erasmus+ project "Filling the Gap: Open Educational Resources for supporting teachers in distance learning“ is ready for the piloting phase of its intellectual outputs, which have been developed in the course of the project by the teachers and educational workers from five partner countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Croatia). In the next phase of the project, teachers will be able to test these two intellectual outputs: the MOOC on distance learning and the Distance Learning Activity Kit (DLAK). Selected teachers and tutors will have the task of attending the MOOC in order to collect feedback and recommendations for the final scientific validation of the outputs.

As a preparation for the following activities, the final meeting of Erasmus+ partners was held in Bologna on 20-21 October. The partners (UCLL, Platon, Colegio Huerta Santa Ana, Bernardin Frankopan School, Liceo Fanti, Archilabò and Irecoop) discussed the organization of piloting, the role of the tutors in the pilot phase of the project, as well as the open badge system for the teachers who will attend the course. The final steps in 2023 were also agreed upon, highlighting the conferences in partner schools and at the University College Leuven-Limburg as a key dissemination point, after which the project content will be open to all teachers.
