Migrant and refugee workers support for cultivating inter-cultural competences

In recent years, Europe has faced many challenges related to the integration of refugees and migrants. In order to promote integration into the society, it is crucial that the actors working with asylum seekers and migrants are able to deal effectively with ethnic, linguistic, religious and cultural diversity and act as bridge builders between cultures and value systems.

Migrant and Refugee Support for Cultivating Inter-cultural Competences (@MigrationSpotlight) is a transnational project funded by the European Erasmus+ programme and implemented between November 2018 and November 2020. The 5 partners from 5 EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece) aim to improve the intercultural competences of people working with refugees and migrants in their countries by using innovative teaching and learning approaches.
