Circular Business Innovation Program in the North Sea Region
We are living in a vuca world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) when small and medium sized companies need to radically change their business models in order to adjust to a changing world and market. Most of them know the importance of sustainable business but lack the knowledge and tools in how to make the transition. They also need a leadership that supports and can make the adjustments to change.
In this project we want to test a transnational Circular Business Innovation Programme for small and medium sized companies from rural and urban areas who need to develop sustainable business models.
The programme will give the participant companies concrete tools in business modeling, a deeper understanding and good examples of circularity and sustainable business models as well as increased skills in leadership for transitional times. The outline and the content of the program will be co-created and co-designed by all project partners.
During the project, the program will take place in two rounds, with some adjustments after round 1 (due to feedback and evaluation).
The project will also start an alumni network for all participants so that they can stay in tuch, exchange experiences, good examples and
contacts after the project has finished.
Target Group: small and medium sized companies from rural and urban regions.
We would like to include companies from all the partner countries in the programme, as this is a vital aspect of mutual exchange of
experiences and contacts.
