Inclusive Society
Een hart voor inclusie
Comparative analysis of care integration at the local area level: Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels: joint project PCA and be.hive.
The primary objective of this research is to explore the integration of health and social care at the local level in the three regions and to extract lessons concerning how the local area approach can be developed and how the cooperation between the social and healthcare approach can be strengthened. The secondary objective is to use this additional joint research package to strengthen the collaboration between be.hive and the PCA. Both in terms of output (deliverables) but also in terms of process (working in an integrated way across the different contexts). The intention is that by working together and conducting as many meetings as possible on the ground (ie in the health centres situated in the different regions) the researchers and other stakeholders will become more familiar with the diversity of contexts, challenges and ways of working present in the country.
