The project will help them  to meet all these needs as the project idea addresses all these competences.Moreover the required certificates (Europass, certificates of attendance) will strengthen their professional development as they will raise awareness of the need to constantly develop her/his competences; develop their competencies connected with the use of innovative methods and ICT support  transformation in teaching culture and practice; 
recognize the (new) acquired or developed competences and its advantages for the teaching effectivity; help to develop trust in the teaching workforce; facilitate timely intervention to improve teaching.
